Celebrating Talent: Monika Ronk from Beast Games S2
In honor of the Beast Games Season 2 finale, we sat down with one of the standout competitors from Beast Games Season 2—Monika! Read about her life-changing journey below:
On the Beast City wedding: "The wedding was a really fun, special experience to share with the other contestants. We had a ceremony, exchanged vows, held a reception at Starbucks, and played cornhole afterwards. Everyone was smiling and laughing- it was just a great time!"
On the Cubes: "After episode 2, where Jim and I were separated into different challenges, we vowed to never separate again, because we didn't want to experience not knowing if we both made it through or not. I was shocked that Jim and JC gave me the fast pass. I wasn't expecting it at all. I'm incredibly grateful for the two of them."
On the impact of the show: “Well, first, I came into the show single and left with Jim- we actually moved in together just one week after filming wrapped! Beyond finding my person, I was able to pay off my student loans. I feel like I can finally provide for myself emotionally and financially in a way I couldn't before.”
On working with MysticArt Pictures: “When I first found out I was moving forward in the process, I was shocked and elated. I just couldn't believe I had the opportunity! Mystic is super quick to respond to contestant questions and was super helpful.”
