  Casting Association - Remote PST time zone

Job Title: Casting Associate Job Summary: The Casting Associate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and casting contestants for a new reality TV show. This individual will work closely with the Casting Director to develop and implement casting strategies, identify potential contestants, and manage the application and interview process. This is a remote position and will require working PST hours. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Casting Director in developing and implementing casting strategies to identify potential contestants for the show. Manage and respond to all incoming contestant applications and inquiries. Review applications and conduct initial phone and/or video interviews with potential contestants to assess their suitability for the show. Conduct research and outreach to identify potential contestants through a variety of channels, including social media, casting agencies, and other talent sources. Work with the production team to plan and coordinate open casting calls and other casting events. Create and maintain contestant files and casting databases. Ensure all casting processes are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in reality TV casting or related field. Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit high-quality talent. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with casting software and databases is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed. Physical Demands: This job may require sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Working Conditions: This job may require working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and may involve exposure to sensitive or confidential information. This is a remote position and will require working PST hours.
