This information is the sole property of MysticArt Pictures and will be used for the sole purpose of casting, developing, or producing television and film projects. Some information will be made available to Independant production companies and or networks, or producers that hire MysticArt Pictures to cast or produce their projects and applicants agree to the sharing of this information for casting and production needs by logging into our site. Each project will have a seperate video release that will be provided by the production company. MysticArt reserves the right to all materials including Application, Background Forms, Video recordings, Uploaded materials, and will only share materials if they have been contracted to cast, develop, or produce a project.

The Company seeks to use reasonable technical, administrative and organizational measures to protect the user information within its organization against unauthorized or unlawful access or processing, and against accidental loss, damage, or destruction. Company believes that these measures are reasonably adapted to the nature of the information in its custody. Thus, Company cannot guarantee the security of any information it may have collected or received from you or transmitted to you and assumes no responsibility.
