There is no guarantee that you will be considered or selected for appearance on the program. Submitting your information below does not grant you any contractual or other rights nor create any obligations to you on the part of Producer and/or Network. Not an offer of employment.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Please be advised that you must meet the following eligibility requirements in order to be considered to participate in the television project currently entitled “RELATIVELY WILD” (the “Program”):
-If selected as a participant, all participating family members and friends must be able to verify work eligibility in the United States.
- You and your family members must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your state of domicile, if older) as of the date this application is submitted.
- All participants must have a valid passport.
- All participants must be available for taping from January 2024 through April 2024 for up to 11 weeks.
All eligibility determinations shall be made by Producer in its sole discretion and are final and binding in all respects. Producer reserves the right to add to or modify the eligibility requirements at any time.
In addition, Producer reserves the right at any time to render ineligible any person who Producer determines, in its sole discretion, is sufficiently connected with Producer, Network and/or the development, production, administration, judging, exhibition, distribution or other exploitation of the Program such that his or her participation in the Program could create the appearance of impropriety, including, but not limited to, whether you, or any of your immediate family members or anyone living in your household may be or has been within the past two (2) years employees, contractors, officers, directors or agents of any of the following: (a) the producer of the Program, any entity owned, controlled, led or affiliated with the foregoing, Network, or any direct and/or indirect parent, subsidiary, affiliated or related entity of any of the foregoing; (b) any person or entity involved in the development, production, distribution or other exploitation of the Program or any variation thereof; (c) any known major sponsor of the Program or its advertising agency; (d) any host (or other on-camera talent) or entity substantially owned or controlled by any host (or other on-camera talent); or (e) any person or entity supplying services or prizes to the Program.
