ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Please be advised that you must meet the following eligibility requirements in order to be considered to participate in the television project currently entitled “Renovation Nation (the “Programâ€) for Waveland Productions, LLC (the “Producerâ€):
• You must be legally eligible to live in the United States and work in the United States, or you are in the process of attempting to obtain lawful authorization so that you will be eligible to live in the United States and work in the United States by the time pre-production begins.
• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to apply.
• You must own a home within the Greater Atlanta area.
• You must not be a candidate for public office and must agree not to become one until after one (1) year after the initial exhibition of the episodes of the Program in which you appear, if selected as a participant.
• Any offer to become a participant may be conditioned upon your submission to a background check and/or psychological evaluation, in accordance with applicable laws.
• If you are selected as a potential participant you must execute waivers and release agreements required for producer, the one or more television networks, cable outlets, and/or digital platforms (collectively, “Networkâ€) on which the Program may be exhibited or any of their licensees, successors or assigns.
• All prospective participants/adult household members must complete this application prior to consideration.
All eligibility determinations shall be made solely by producer in its sole discretion and are final and binding in all respects. Producer reserves the right to add to or modify the eligibility requirements at any time, in its sole discretion.
In addition, producer reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, to render ineligible any person who producer determines, in its sole discretion, is sufficiently connected with the production, administration, or distribution of the Program such that his or her participation in the Program could create the appearance of impropriety.
