Please be advised that you must meet the following eligibility requirements in order to be considered to participate in the television project currently entitled “THE SPRING BREAK EXPERIENCE” (the “Program”):
• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your state of domicile, if older) as of the date this application is submitted.
• Must be a legal United States resident.
• Must be available to film in Spring 2023 (approximately March 12th 2023 for two weeks).
• Must have a valid passport until 2024.
All eligibility determinations shall be made by Producer in its sole discretion and are final and binding in all respects. Producer reserves the right to add to or modify the eligibility requirements at any time.
In addition, Producer reserves the right at any time to render ineligible any person who Producer determines, in its sole discretion, is sufficiently connected with the producer of the Program (“Producer”), the exhibiting network of the Program (“Network”) and/or the development, production, administration, exhibition, distribution or other exploitation of the Program such that his or her participation in the Program could create the appearance of impropriety.
Conversely, you acknowledge that Producer and/or the Network has the sole discretion to allow any person to remain part of the Program who may be acquainted with a person or entity connected with the production and/or administration of the Program if, in Producer’s and/or the Network’s sole discretion, Producer and/or the Network determines that such person’s involvement in the Program does not and will not affect the integrity of the Program. Such decisions shall be final and are not subject to challenge or appeal.
You acknowledge and agree that Producer has no obligation to you whatsoever (even if you meet all of the eligibility requirements), and if Producer selects you for further consideration in the participant selection process, you will complete and execute further agreements requested by Producer and/or Network (collectively “Participant Agreements”). You acknowledge and agree that unless and until you execute such Participant Agreements, Producer will not consider you as a possible participant for the Program.
